Workgroups and Committees

SV-ONE’s mission is powered by a diverse and passionate community of volunteers who serve on our workgroups and subcommittees. These groups are essential to advancing our shared goal of improving outcomes for individuals with single ventricle circulation. Membership is typically determined through an application process. Research Workgroup

This Workgroup supports and monitors research projects that utilize SV-ONE registry data. This group also promotes the publication of scholarly, evidence-based work and ensures that research efforts align with network priorities.

Data & Analytics Workgroup

This group aims to maintain SV-ONE’s data integrity and accessibility. Members help shape data management protocols, contribute to registry planning, and ensure that data systems support both improvement and research initiatives across the network.

Community Building & Engagement (CB&E) Workgroup

CB&E fosters inclusive participation across the SV-ONE community, including patients, families, clinicians, and researchers. This group works to eliminate barriers to engagement and creates opportunities for meaningful involvement in network activities, as well as support connections within the single ventricle community.

Quality Improvement (QI) Workgroup

The QI Workgroup operationalizes SV-ONE’s improvement framework by identifying care gaps, leading and contributing to improvement projects, and supporting implementation across participating sites. Members also lend a hand to Learning Session Planning.

Presentations & Publications Subcommittee

The group supports the dissemination of research findings through conferences and publications to elevate the visibility and impact of SV-ONE’s work.

Financial Stewardship Subcommittee

This is a newly chartered group focused on developing and implementing a sustainable revenue strategy to support SV-ONE’s mission. This includes exploring funding opportunities, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.

Strategic Partnerships Subcommittee

This newly-chartered subcommittee is tasked with building and managing relationships with external organizations, advocacy groups, and collaborators. Members help shape SV-ONE’s partnership strategy to expand impact and reach.
